Comcast Buying Movie Site Fandango

Comcast purchasing the popular movie site Fandango for an undisclosed amount (sources via TechCruch say the amount is around $200 million or more).  Apparently, since Comcast is a public company, the price may be disclosed once the deal is finalized.
It’ll be interesting to see what the cable company’s plans for Fandango are.
